OFFICER - PERSONAL LINES & SME CLAIMS

Working under the direct supervision of the Manager, you will be expected to take over a substantial part of the administrative and front-line servicing functions of the Personal Lines, SME & Motor Claims division. Your responsibilities will primarily include:

• providing responsive motor claims services to clients and third parties
• keeping a close liaison with motor engineers and underwriters
• the regulator preparation and analysis of performance reports

You will be expected to:

• come from an insurance background with a proven track record
• be a dependable and self-motivated person
• possess a pleasant personality
• have excellent communication and writing skills.
