If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction within 8 weeks, or if we have not provided you with a final decision letter, you may refer your complaint to the Arbiter for Financial Services who is an autonomous and independent body set up in terms of Act XVI of 2016 of the Laws of Malta.
